Frying is not uncommon, and it's one of the reason why our hob is full of dried and crusty cooking oil, not mentioning some of the foods that dropped on the hob while cooking that get burnt. When heated up they are likely to hardened more and you can't just simply wipe them with wet cloth.

In this blog, I would like to share to you how we clean and maintain our hob, making sure it is free from dried and crusty cooking oil and burnt foods. Usually we use 2 - 3 method in order to do this.
