This will depend on the size of your blender. But for this recipe, it will make for one person.
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 peeled green apple
  • 1 tsp chia powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • crushed ice -  optional
  1. Pour all the ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a serving glass.
  4. Enjoy!
