This recipe that I am going to make today is the all time favorite of my kids. Even I cook it everyday, my kids loves it, they are not fed up of eating it. That is why I want to share it with you. Aside from a very simple preparation, you don't need to keep an eye on it all the time. You can use your time in doing other things while waiting for it to be cooked.

  • 500 - 750 g of chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground pepper

  • marinade
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Bowl
  • Brush
  • Foil

  1. Pre-heat your oven (fanned) to 180 degrees for 8 to 10 mins.
  2. In a bowl, put the all ingredients. Mix them thoroughly. Then set aside.
  3. Prepare the grill, line the oven tin with foil to catch the drippings. This way you will save time in cleaning the tin later.
  4. Then put the grilling grate on top and line the marinated chicken.
  5. Once the oven is hot enough, put the chicken.
  6. Let it cook for 30 - 45 minutes.

  7. Then check, once the skin turned to light golden brown, remove from oven for brushing.
  8. Get the marinade and add 2 tbsp oil. Mix well and use it for brushing. Tips : this method will help to enhance the flavor of your chicken making it very tasty. 
  9. Brush the top side first then turn the bottom side up and brush again with the marinade mixture.
  10. Once both sides are done, put it back again to the oven for about 8 - 10 mins.
  11. When you are happy of the color and the way it cooks, remove from the oven.
  12. Transfer to a serving plate.
  13. ENJOY your super tasty oven grilled chicken wings!
