INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 can condense milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, mix eggs, condense milk, melted butter and sugar. Mix well.
- Then add flour and the desiccated coconut. Again mix thoroughly.
- Line the paper cups on the tin.
- Pour the batter until 3/4 of each cup.
- Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 15 - 20 mins.
- After the designated time, check with toothpick if the macaroons are cook. Note: when the batter is still sticking to the toothpick it means it needs more time to bake, however, if the toothpick is clean it means that the macaroons are already cook.
- Then you can remove it to the oven and transfer to the serving plate.
