Our recipe for today is an excellent afternoon snack. I remember on my younger years, during corn harvesting time in our village, you can just simply visit the plantation and buy fresh corn just being harvested. Then next thing you do is boil it and enjoy eating with the rest of the family. It was an awesome experience..
So today we are going to learn how to boil perfectly a tasty corn in a cob. It is a simple procedure to do, however if you don't know the tips on how to boil it right, you won't be able to have a super yummy and tasty corn in a cob.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 corn in a cob
- water - amount depends on how big is your pot
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- Prepare the corn by removing the husk, silks and cutting tail.
- In a pot, pour the water about half way.
- Then add the corn. Make sure at least 3/4 part of the corn is dip into the water. Can add water when necessary.
- Initially put it to high heat setting, then lower the heat to medium setting when it starts to boil.
- Add the salt unto the water.
- Let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes. This way the salt flavour will be absorb by the corn giving it a super yummy taste.
- After that, test if it is cook by poking it with fork.
- Remove from fire or heat when done.
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to remove the excess water.
- Serve hot in a serving plate and distribute butter equally. Let it melt on top. If you prefer additional salt, you can sprinkle at the top at this stage.
- Now you can enjoy your supper yummy... CORN IN COB!
