This recipe is very healthy and ideal for people who likes to loose or maintain their ideal body weight. It uses organic or raw materials to ensure that all nutrients are absorb and uses no carbohydrates to prevent fats from forming in our body. It sounds cool ha...That's why I would like to share this recipe with you so that you will provide more protein food for your body. It will also give you a variety of options to eat especially when you are dieting. Please note that when dieting in order to loose weight you don't need to skip meals, but instead eat the proper and right food in order to get rid of your excess fat.

Here are our simple, but healthy ingredients:

  • 1 lbs of organic or free range mince turkey
  • 1 -2 tbsp of virgin olive oil1
  • organic zucchinni/courgette/summer squash
  • organic red and green bell pepper - cut into small cubes
  • 100% natural sea salt and black pepper
  • organic ginger, onions and garlic - chopped into small pieces
  • 8 pcs organic romaine lettuceorganic curry powder


HOW TO COOK:

1. In a pan saute garlic, onion and ginger using the olive virgin oil until light brown.

2. Add the mince turkey and mix well.You can cover the pan while waiting for the turkey to turn into light brown. Ensure that the meat is stir from time to time in  order to prevent it from burning at the same time separating it to prevent the lump from forming. Be mindful of your heat setting making sure that your meat will not over cook.

3. Once the meat is turned into light brown, add the seasoning with salt, pepper and curry powder depending on your taste. Tips: Put small amount of seasoning initially and adjust accordingly. Wait till your meat turn into golden brown.

4. Put your cut vegetables ( zucchinni, red and green pepper ) at this time, mix it well with the meat and cover to bring out the moist from the vegetable. If it is too dry, you can add little water to increase the moisture of your meat. Ensure that the flavor is right for you otherwise you can add more seasoning and spice unto it. Once everything is cook. Set aside.

5. Get your romaine lettuce leaves, wash and clean thoroughly. Pat to dry. On a place, with the leaves curve facing up, pour the cook meat in the middle of the leaves. And walla !!! it is ready to eat.
