Minimum 84 cm accompanied by an adult and 1.1 m unaccompanied. Pregnant women and customers with hard casts cannot participate on this activity. SLUSHY DRINK
One of the thing that kids enjoyed while in Tayto Park is a slushy drink. Slushy or slushie is a flavoured drink. There are number of different kinds of slush drink, such as frozen uncarbonated beverages, frozen carbonated beverages, frozen coffee beverages, and frozen alcoholic beverages. HISTORY OF SLUSHY| SLUSHIE| SLUSH| SLURPEE MACHINE: Machine to make frozen beverages were invented by Omar Knedlik in the late 1950's. The idea of slushed ice drink came when Knedlik's soda fountain broke down, forcing him to put his sodas in a freezer to stay cool, which caused them to become slushy. Many people loved them, which game him an idea to make a machine to help him make a slushy, slushie, slush or slurpee. When it became popular, Knedlik hired Ruth E Taylor, to create a marketing name and logo for his invention. She came up with ICEE and designed the original logo, which is still used today. Early slushe machines made use of an automotive air conditioning unit. Since then, certain companies began a licensing deal with the ICEE Company to sell the product under certain conditions.
